An Intimate Sanctuary Crafted with Soil, Straw & Silence
Hidden away in tranquil Kollaputtu village, our retreat is not a sprawling commercial hotel. We intentionally built only 8 standalone eco-cottages so that every guest enjoys deep privacy, unspoiled nature, and personal tribal hospitality.
Circular Thatched-Roof Architecture
Our cottages follow indigenous circular vernacular design. Woven bamboo and straw thatch roofs naturally breathe, keeping interiors pleasantly cool during bright hill afternoons and cozy during chilly Eastern Ghats nights.
Hand-Painted Dhimsa Tribal Motifs
Notice the terracotta-red foundation skirts of each cottage and the beams of our dining pavilion. They are decorated with traditional white geometric line art depicting the Dhimsa circle dance, honoring the indigenous tribes of the valley.
Natural Brook & Footbridge
A pure natural stream courses directly across our resort. Cross our colorful hand-planked wooden bridge to enjoy a rope swing beneath the branches of an old banyan tree or simply sit listening to the rhythm of moving water.
Situated away from traffic and noise, 12 km before Araku town on the Visakhapatnam ghat approach. Fresh mountain air, zero city pollution, and dark night skies overflowing with constellations.

The Thatched Eco-Cottages
Our 8 standalone circular thatched cottages are identical in design, size, tariff, and amenities. Surrounded by blooming orchards and mountain views, each ensures total privacy and tranquility.
